Exchange Bank

This project involved the design of a new facility for the Exchange Bank of Grand Island. Features of this 5,874 square foot bank design are eight offices, bank vault, inside tellers, conference room, a fully ADA accessible facility, three auto drive-up teller lanes and one drive-up ATM lane. A 1,405 square foot tenant space was provided on first floor with an additional 6,000 square foot unfinished basement for future expansion. This project has 7,280 square feet and was completed in 2004.
